Please help..!! Need advice badly

*reposting
I was diagnosed with Polycystic(SP?) Ovarian Syndrome a while back and recently had been checked, they said that the cysts still very well existed.
My chances of getting pregnant were said to be slim to none, they said "...if you wanted to get pregnant however, there is always AS (artificial insemination) as well as other ways..."
Recently I got to see my lover, who lives in California (I live in Arizona), and we had sex, (I know this is very stupid but we haven't used protection. Use the pull out method, (I know that doesn't change anything)...)
So..I have POS, ive recently had sex, and I need to just make sure that I am not pregnant.
My back-story just comes down to this question:
When is the best time to take a test to receive an accurate response?
I do not get my period. I haven't had one for about two years, and that's because of the pos. and usually women wait to be late/for their period to take a test and I can't because I don't have/get one..that's why I need help.
Thank you..

Since you don't have a period and the chances like u said are "slim to none" then I would at least give it two weeks from the day u had sex and then I would take 1 . Also another thing u can do is see your docter and have them do a blodd test.

I wish you luck :)

1 more thing . Do you not want to be pregnant?
