Is it safe to get your nails done while pregnant? Mine are looking horrible and they need tlc! Lol

Yeah I would have gotten a shellac mani but I bit my nails off since I've been overwhelmed. So I need the whole set now lol. Thanks ladies!

You can just like you can dye your hair but the problem would be if the area isn't well ventilated.

I just got mine done maybe 20 min ago. The woman that did them was pregnant too it's perfectly fine. Ask your dr though and wear a mask if you're worried

I get my nails done at least once a month. But I did start getting manicures instead and let my nails grow out they look pretty and I get the gel manicure it lasts longer

I'm due I'm 3 days and I've gotten my nails done twice. Once in the beginning and once for my baby shower. No one was weird about it in or out of the salon and thus far my baby is doing great. Don't worry about it, feel pretty!

lol I always see a lot of girls pregnant especially for pedis im pretty sure bcuz its too hard to do one when ur super big

Yes and exactly what leximama93 said they say to wear a mask id probably do it just bcuz the smell is super strong

I've heard that it's fine, the only thing I've been told could be harmful is the smell that's in there. Some pregnant women wear the masks that the nail techs do but I'll be honest and say I didn't wear one when I went
