SODA!!!!

Ok i havent had a soda since last Friday. But im about to have one tonight lol. Im gonna try just drinking one or two a week.

Im the same way! ***** since one of my cravings is mtn dew! But I cute it back to only drinking it when I go out for dinner or lunch and when im home ill drink water. Every once in awhile ill get a Orange soda so it doesn't have caffeine lol

I had a coke everyday during my pregnancy and my daughter came out just fine.  
Caffeine in moderation is fine :)

I have drank soda my whole pregnancy im 39 weeks 2 days I have about 1 to 2 every day
Too hard to quit.

I seek to only b able to drink one every one in awhile b4 the taste disgusts me. I think if u just think how bad it it's for u it could help. Idk. I am not a junk food person too much. I want a soda or sweets here n there but not much. Id rather have fruit. I love fruit

Thanks mommikat ima have to try those. & @shann1214 & @mommakelleyy trust me i have 5 cases at my house. Im a BIG soda drinker lol but i call myself tryna slow down. I love soda lol ion think i can stop either.

If ur a soda drinker,  drink the ones without caffeine (clear soda) like sprite, ginger ale, orange soda, etc.
Have a dark soda every now n then,  those are the ones that are not as good for ya :) but, I seem to want a coke like once a week lol

I cant quit sodas :( ive tried so hard. But i really am addicted and i hate it. Lol i tried the whole one a day and it just didnt work

Haha I drink sodas a lot I did before i was pregnant, so if I at least don't have one ill get headaches s u c k s cause I have to take tylenol when I drink it, my OB recomended i did that
