breast growth?

OK so I am a 34 DD and I'm seven months  pregnant and although my nipples are bigger my boobs aren't. Do they grow after birth once milk comes in? Because people said they grew a couple of sizes while pregnant. I just want to know what to expect. My boobs are already big and have stretch marks because of my size I'm afraid of them becoming any bigger!

I was a 34d with my son and they never grew even when my milk came in but they did shrink to a c after my milk dried up but this pregnancy they did get a little bigger.

before i got pregnant i was a 34 D and i've moved up to a 40 DD. basically just a cup size higher and my bust is just wider, haha. i'm 35+4.
