birthing ball?
Has anyone had good luck dialating using a birthing ball? Ive been bouncing all day (literally) and if i make it to a 2 by my appointment tomorrow ill be induced on thursday!
Thank you! I do too im worn out and just ready for the big finale! Plus im anxious to meet my baby boy! Im a first time mommy!!!
Ive also went swimming a few times and did pool exercises! Im worn out but feel like i have tonite to keep trying and my doc appointment is bright and early in the morning!
For the past week ive had sex bounced on the ball walked went up and down stairs did squats and walked on curbs (one foot on the curb the other off) and these are all things ive been told should help so ill find out tomorrow if its made a difference and if it hasnt all hope lost lol i guess my little guy is just happy in there!
Honestly you can try all the things possible to induce yourself but your body will dilate when it's ready. I've been at 1 cm for weeks . Everyone is different and hopefully the birthing ball works for u .try sex.
