should I just tell them already??

I am 6 weeks pregnant and you can only play the flu role so long. I've been sick and very nauseous for two weeks and my family is worrying about me.i just act like I have the flu.  My Co worker also feel like they did something to me because I decline to go out with them every week I've ran out of excuses for everyone. Should I just tell everyone? ??? I wanted to wait until October 1st when I get my first ultrasound. Advice?

Umm idk.. i know I had to tell everyone because I was puking allll the time my whole first 3 months and you can only play dumb for so long lol. I was even worried! I didn't know what was going on, only had an idea. My mom made me take a test in front of her because she knew what was up, she knew something wasn't right because I was vomiting all the time, buf with no other symptoms. They probably already know haha.
