Ok i think my hips are starting to spread? Because they are constantly hurting..it hurts to walk, sit, and sometimes lay down. What can i do to make this go away or atleast subside for a little while so i can sleep more comfortably..

I am 28 +2 weeks and my hips hurt so bad. With my son it was my ribs. Now with this baby girl it my hips all the time. It hurts so bad i can barely get up with screaming in pain. It stinks to be in pain when you cant really take anything for it.

I know the feeling.  I am the same way.  I'm 25+3 with twins and I hurt so bad.   I honestly can't wait till they are here.  I am small framed to start with and didn't really have hips and now they are spreading.  It feels like someone is doing Chinese torture and breaking them apart :(
