very sick momma needs relief

I am on pregnancy no. 6. I have only sucessfully produced 2 children sadly.  I stay healthy. I don't smoke or drink, I eat healthy and drink gallons of water a day. Despite all that,  I have been in and out of the hospital for weeks now with dehydration and severe pains in my back and belly, vomitting and diahrrea. I am just now at 16 weeks. This pregnancy started out with no morning sickness. Thr er and my ob keep telling me its normal to feel this way and to drink more fluids.  I'm up to 4 gallons of water in a 24 hour time and still dehydrated and not feeling any relief if anything I'm feeling worse.  Has anyone else had a similar experience. What would you do in my shoes.

I haven't been in a similar situation but have you tried Gatorade? I know it has a lot of electrolytes to help with dehydration
