Natural 3rd stage

Question for the Mamas who have given birth already. What was your third stage like? Like was the delivery of your placenta natural or managed? The last woman I know who have birth told me that the shot they have her to force the last contractions to deliver the placenta didn't work fast enough for the doctors liking and he actually grabbed the placenta out of her with his hands. So I'm just curious what your third stage experience was like.

I had no problem with the placenta in any of my pregnancies, you just continue contracting, milder and less painful by a long shot, and it kind of just comes out.  I never got a shot to help either.

I remember just mild conrractions and then delivering tje placenta. Often your just so full of adrenaline that u dont really notice. I dont remember it hurting though.

I don't remember any contractions after I have birth but he did get me to push and I delivered it naturally, he didn't assist it
