Found out that for a circumcision is gonna.cist $175 my mediciad will pay for half of it after i pay the full amount. luckly thanks to my mom she will pay the full amount and when my mediciad recieves a bill for it she will get a refund back like with my first son.

Oh I know. I didn't take any offense to that at all... But being reported when clearly they were the ones judging is wrong.. I had commented on another post regarding formula feeding and that post has been deleted as well and there was nothing wrong with it..

I hope you know I wasn't trying to start anything on your last post, I just meant when I joined the site in 2008 with my first pregnancy everyone was so supportive and helpful, and it's gotten progressively worse for some reason. I try to be as helpful and respectful to others as I can, but I expect that respect back. I don't judge anyone for their decisions and I hate when people do it to me. I guess it had nothing to do with your specific post on the costs of things, just generally agreeing that this site isn't as supportive as it once was.

Medicaid covers circumcision in ny.  I never heard of anyone paying for it . & I asked the insurance company & they said they do . Idk if it depends on the state or the hospital .

Were I from in Fresno CA they range from 200-350 n no medical covers it because its considerd a cosmetic surgery so luckily were able to afford it cause a circumcision is important

I dont think it has anything to do with the fact that its a catholic hospital.,what i do know is that they dont tie yur tubs because the fact that they are catholic..

At breee08 i had my 1st son at a st marys hospital and im assuming it was catholic too (even tho thats not my religion)...they circumcised my son there...so weird

I would try in look for a good doc to circumsized your guys son im.not trying to scared you but i payed 275 for my son to be done and found out when he was a 1yr it wasnt done right not enough skin was taken off and my son had to be put to sleep to have recontructive surgery yes its a good thing boys do be circumsized just find a good doctor :)

I was surprised too. W my 3 year old my insurance covered it but w this baby i think itll b $250! So crazy but definitely worth it

If your insurance covers it you can get it done while on hospital, I had my sons done in the hospital..not sure if u can get it done in hospital if insurance doesn't pay for it. You can always call and ask

I was wondering how much it would cost this time.
With my first it was 400 out of pocket we just paid 100 each visit so it was good to go when he was born. But that was five years ago so I need to find out! Im hoping its gone down a little. Its the same Dr whom did his so I doubt it.

They really are! Least your Medicaid helps and get a refund! I have to pay $200 out of pocket for my son. I'm glad my mom Is goin' to help with pay for It. It's expensive, but It'll be worth It In my opinion.
