So this might be a weird question but I was watching a baby story and the lady had a baby boy.. Well this baby had huge testicles. Is that normal?? I'm pregnant with a boy so I'm just curious  as to why that would be.

Its normal. Its due to higher hormones present in baby at birth. Both male and female babies can have swollen genitalia at birth and some can even leak a white milky substance from they're nipples at birth. All normal and goes away in a few days.

My baby's testicles are swollen — what's going on?

If your baby's testicles are swollen just after birth, it's most likely because of the extra fluid newborns carry or the extra dose of hormones he may have received from you just before birth. This swelling is harmless, and he'll flush the fluid out in his pee after a few days. If the swelling continues, particularly if your son has only one swollen testicle..




Im guessing it is normal.. i wouldnt worry to much about it.. from experiance with my first son they do go to a normal size...

This is so funny because when i had my gender ultra sound done, my son had biggg baaalllssss lol & after we left my bf was like, "he gets it from his daddy". Like father like son haha

I know they are a little swollen after birth during natural delivery anyways.

Yes that's normal..they are just swollen when they are born.

im assuming it is.. my first son and my nephew had big testicles too..
