Make sure to stay hydrated and try keeping crackers with you middle one or two before getting up and get up slow. I had bad bad nausea and dry heaving my first trimester but I'm 17&4 and I promise it gets better

And the thing is I'm fine laying down and sitting up but if I get up for something I start gagging then end up vomiting I don't wan to take zofran  cause of all the lawsuits and stuff.

Ya I'm only 11 weeks and I'm not liking it one bit. Don't get me wrong I'm happy I'm having a baby but the nausea, appetite loss, and dizziness I can't handle it lol. I haven't vomited in 8 years until now and it's so gross.
