breast soreness
I woke up & my breast were super sore it hurts really bad..any suggestions to help with the pain?

Lol yes I sleep with no bra its annoying maybe I need to invest in sum sports bras
Ive been wearing sports bras to bed. Its not that comfortable at first if your used to sleeping with no bra but at least theres less pain in the morning. I got mine from walmart for $10 its danskin brand the one with the zipper in the front
