help scared

ello, I'm very anxious. 19years old , I'm currently 6 weeks and 2 days. I took two days worth of blood test everything came back normal and good. the doctor wanted to see me earlier then what we schedule. The first vaginal ultra sound I had was Monday she told me she couldn't hear a heartbeat and it may be to early or small. Then Thursday they wanted me to come in and do another one , they were asking if I has any cramping or pains or bleeding which I don't and haven't just been tired and nausea sometimes. They did another ultra sound and still no heartbeat. They want to see me again in two weeks. I already had a miscarriage last year in the begining then they told I was between 5-7 weeks. Could anyone help me out or have been in this situation?

That gave me relief a little bit. Thank you. Also they said at first my hcg levels went down I don't know exactly how much bit then when I went today they said everything is good and normal just that he couldn't hear a heart beat. Should I try to get another opinion on it? Or just wait the two weeks? I just really don't want another miscarriage
