I had a c section and was amazed at how well it went and the recovery. of course it depends on the person but I was completely back to normal after 3 weeks. my bf had to tell me to slow down as I was carrying washing and everything and he was worried that just cus I had healed on the out side the inside still needed time. don't get me wrong its sore but compared to some labour I had it super easy.
Of your planned for a c section than yes if you go into labor they will just do a c section, I'm 31w1d and will be having my 3rd c sec at 39 weeks. They scheduled my daughters at 39 weeks also my first my son was an emergency I labored for 33+ hours and his hr dropped dramatically I was 42w6d yes .. My ob than let me go that long it was horrible and he was huge and recovery was miserable, but my second was 10x better all the way around
so if something happens and my water breaks they'll do a emergency c-section??
unless its an emergency one that theyt have to do early for whatever reason, most won't until 39 weeks. this is because your estimated due date is just that - an estimate and can be off by two weeks either way, and because baby is classed as full term at 37 weeks, c-sections will be planned for no earlier than 39 weeks. i had an emergency section 3 weeks ago and will need another should i have any more children and was told that I would have it at 39 weeks x
well im 28 weeks right now, and hes put me under preterm labor watch and im not allowed to be on my feet more than 2 hours at a time.. he said he would schedule a c-section after my next ultrasound i was just wondering how early it could posibily be ?
39 weeks is the earliest they will do it.
I believe it depends on your Dr and your pregnancy. Do you know why you're getting a csection? My baby girl was in distress on an nst the day I delivered. I knew weeks before hand I had the risk of emergency csection because of her low weight. But I was given the choice to try to induce or go ahead with csection because her heart rate wasn't steady. So I chose csection because I probably would have ended up with a section anyway with my bp pressure being so high and baby girl not being stable
yea lol thats what i meant idk what i put induced
You don't get induced if its a planned c-section. Being induced means you're attempting a vaginal labor. Do you mean when they scheduled your csection?
