You can't hear your baby's heartbeat without a doppler or an ultrasound machine. And you can't see it beating through your stomach. The heartbeat doesn't even begin to beat until three or four weeks after conception. The only way to know if you're pregnant is to take a pregnancy test and have an ultrasound. Any heartbeat you are feeling and hearing through your belly is your own. There's an artery in your stomach that pumps blood throughout your body, and this is what you're likely hearing.

Because you can feel and hear your own heart beat we have one in our stomach and other places too it's not a sign that you are pregnant
