I want to put my sons dad on child support because he doesn't help at all. But he doesn't want to give me any of his information.  What do I do ?

Did he sign the birth certificate??? Or sign a paper that states he accepts responsibility and claims paternity at the hospital? My cousin immediately got cs because her kids father did that

That's all you need. They bring him to court and he either gives up his info or goes to jail. That's how it is where I live anyway.

I know his full name, date of birth, phone number, address and where he works at. I don't know he's social though.

Court the only way that way he is forced to do so and ask for wage disbursement if he is working for a company they take a percentage from his paycheck

I dunno how it works in your country but here all you need is his name first and surname and date of birth .
