Okay so this is kind of an odd question... but those of you that get WIC do you receive cheese?  I don't get cheese, and I thought I would.  I remember a few years back my sister was on WIC and she got cheese.  Just thought it was kind of strange.

Mines is the same as dolphin as well, but I also get juice With all that. For my son, he just gets 9 cans of formula and I get these checks monthly.

As a pregnant woman i received milk bread cheese eggs cereal peanut butter or beans (dry or canned) and fruits and veggies. Same for my toddler. Between both of us being on wic i was getting around 8.5 gallons of milk 2 lbs of cheese 4 boxes of cereal 4 cans of beans peanut butter and 16 dollars of fruits and veggies

I live in Oklahoma and get (4 ) 1 gallon 2% milk (1)  gallon chocolate milk. (1) 1/2gallon 2% white (1)qt white or butter milk (1) 1lb block cheese  (1) box of cream of wheat (1) dz large eggs up to 48oz cereal (2) peanut butter or bag of beans (3) frozen juices. And $10 for fruits and veggies..

I get chesse too & a lot of milk 2% milk at that lol nd I knt drink it unless I use nestle quick 2 mak chocolate milk :-)

I get 1lb of cheese a month but its suppose to be store brand... Then 4 gallons, 1/2 gallon, and 1 quart of milk.... Then whole grains, juice, peanut butter, cereal and eggs.

My daughter got cheese at a year old and I got it from the time I was pregnant until she was six months old then I lost mine and all we got was hers. The women don't get them after 6 months post pardum here.

On mine I get: (5 1/2 gal of milk) ($10 fresh fruit/veg) (36oz cereal) (2 jars of peanut butter) (1 16oz bread) (3 cans of juice concentrate) (1 doz large eggs)

Mine are the same as Dolphin05, and I get separate checks for my son as well.

On mine the checks once a month you get one thats says

(1- Gal 2% or 1% or fat free milk ) OR (1- 16 oz. cheese and 1 qt. buttermilk)

1 doz. eggs - large only

So you can get cheese and butter milk or just milk

Here in California when I was pregnant for myself I got 1lb cheese, 1doz eggs, 2 16oz whole wheat bread, 3 gallon milk, $10 fresh fruit or veggies, and peanut butter. The cheese was almost any brand and even string cheese. Oh and 36oz of cereal per month.

I get a TON of milk too, a ton.. I have to bake constantly (I hate milk anyway, so I have to have a reason to drink it, haha) sweets so I have to drink milk with it, or in my cereal.

I plan on asking next appointment.  I get 5 1/2 of milk a month and I drink milk on a regular basis but thats almost too much milk.  Lol.

I don't get cheese right now because my baby is not one yet. Her checks for next month has cheese. I also got cheese for myself when I was pregnant and my son before he turned 5.

I do. I get it on one coupon and its the cheapest brand of a 16oz block of cheese

I do, but I also have a 3 year old son that's on it, so I don't know if it's him that gets the cheese or me, I'm pretty sure my amount of cheese went up when I got on WIC for my pregnancy, too though. Sometimes you have to choose your package, I'd ask about it next time.
