I ate packaged roast beef n packaged ham, I just heated it in the microwave before putting it on my sandwich because it can possibly carry bacteria. My thing is, d a m n near everything has bacteria so heat up everything then huh lol

Deli meats run the risk of causing listeria, you should be heating them to 145 degrees before eating them

Im on baby #3 and I ate alot of publix subs while pregnant with all of them. Heating it up sounds kinda gross.lol

Technically you can eat any of it, BUT you should heat it up first. My OB said put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds, and it should be good to go. Just keep in mind that ham usually has a high sodium content and has been known to raise the blood pressure.

I eat the sandwich style packed deli meat all the time, my OB never told me no.

No the deli ham is what you wanna eat. The pre packed is soooo processed, doctors encourage you to absolutely not eat the packaged kind!!! Just go to the deli part and ask them to slice some ham for you, however much you want :) I've done it with turkey.
