No foetal cardiac activity was seen in real time

My ULTRASONOGRAPHY OF PELVIS

My Real time B- mode USG of pelvis showed anteverted bulky uterus

Measured 105 x 55 x 75 mm.

Myometrial echotexture appeared homogeneous.

No outer wall irregularity seen.

Cavity showed single regular gestational sac of 33 mm , corresponding to

8 w 2 d of gestation.

Yolk sac seen & appeared normal.

Single foetal pole seen.

CRL  measured 21 mm corresponding to 8 w 6 d of gestation.

No foetal cardiac activity was seen in real time .

Chorionic reaction appeared normal.

Cervix measured 28 mm. in length.  Int. os appeared closed at present.

No other pelvic or adenexal pathology seen. What to do now?

If all of your measurements are showing 8 wks  or so, you should be seeing a heartbeat by now.   I agree with nickie that they should have advised you on what steps to take.  Unfortunately it sounds to me like you have miscarried.  I'm sorry :( If you aren't certain you can always request a repeate ultrasound at a different facility or with a different machine.

Did they give you any advice on what to do? If there was no cardiac activity seen then that technically means that the baby's heart is not beating. Are they doing a follow up ultrasound to check growth or to see if there is actually no cardiac activity? They should have advised you on what to do next so maybe you need to call your doctor and ask what you need to do next.
