first doctor appointment Thursday..

I'm 8 weeks 3 days today and I have my first doctors appointment Thursday. I saw the nurse who confirmed my pregnancy and started to write a brief history. I am anxious for my doctor appointment. I know ill be getting a pelvic exam
The nurse had talked to me about that
But i really have no idea what will be happening at the doc appointment with my doctor. Any ideas? Advice?

the nurse I saw said my doc didn't like to order ultrasounds if he doesn't feel a need. But when j see him ill be asking for one. And if he doesn't give me one ill end up paying for one. I am a twin and I'd like to make sure there's only one in there (or two as long as I know LOL)

I had a pelvic exam and bloodwork. They didn't do an ultrasound at my doctors, but I did have one done at a clinic beforehand

At mine they did a simple sono, transvagionaly. Then a pap smear and some blood work. The rest was me and her talking about.do and dont's and any concerns or questions I had.
