What is the best thing to help besides prune juice and fruits??
I think Miralax is safe during pregnancy (in most cases), but check with your OB first! everyone is different, and I DON'T advise you to do/take anything without checking with him/her first!! ((:
suppository... I know the thought of shoving something up there is a little gross but it really helps me
