hi im very moody the past month and i have skipped my period by 7 days i did a test and it showed negative could i be pregnant and heartburn

You would have to buy a test. There are no natural tests out there although theancient egyptians did have one where they urinated ontp barley or wheat and when it germinated she was pregnant. I'm assuming that wasn't too reliable- either you buy a test kit for at home or go to your doctor.

Your best option right now if you still don't have your period is to get a beta blood test done. That will give you your most accurate answer. Good luck!

If you want a definitive answer and are overdue by 7 days, then go to your Doctor to get your blood HCG levels tested. That is the most sensitive and accurate test out there.
