pregnancy, miscarriage, or not pregnant

My husband I had sex many days during what was supposed to be my fertile period last month. I didn't do any tests for fertility so i don't have proof. but I get my period regularly so I assume I am ovulating at the normal time each month.
Anyways I got a white, sticky, thick discharge in my underwear at about day 30 of my cycle this month then two days later i started to bleed and it looked like a normal period which lasted for two and a half days. i had no cramps or pain besides a mild uncomfortable feeling in my stomache like I am a little bit sick. I must note that I am about 20-30lbs overweight so maybe this has an effect on if I can feel pain in my uterus or not.
Today my breasts were sore and there is bumps around the nipples.
i did a pregnancy test (one of the first response ones) and it was negative.
My urine is dark orange with a brownish tinge to it. And there are particles floating in it.
I have been taking niacin for about a week.
Please tell me if I could be pregnant or miscarried or not pregnant at all?
Thanks.

If you bleed like a normal period then  it's not likely you are pregnant.  It wouldnt hurt to retest in another week though because in rare cases women who are pregnant have period like bleeding.

Dark urine can be caused from niacin and also dehydration.  Particles could be remnants from the bleeding or might signify something else is going on like a UTI.

If your symptoms continue definitely see a doctor.

Also, I noticed that when I have sex  now with my husband, sometimes I feel pain like he is hitting something inside me. It happens when he pushes hard inside and I get a feeling of pressure in my lower abdomen around where my uterus is. It just started this month and never occurred before.
