I get them also! I've just eaten a bag of Doritos and dip. But I've also just had a lot of grapes. Just try getting a routine of eating a bit of fruit after every meal like a desert. Like with breakfast have a banana lunch have some apple or carrot sticks. Then at dinner make sure you have a lot of veg on the side. I usually have cut up strawberries for desert with some sugar on top. Its good for you but tastes delicious!
I get those kind of cravings too. I still eat them I just make sure to take my prenatals and throw in a tomato a day or something
