Just put you lunch meat in a frying pan and it should be fine
Cream cheese is safe so are other pasteurized cheeses. Soft cheeses that are not usually pasteurized an example is fresh feta shouldn't be ate. Listera is not very common, but it can happen and when it does happen its more likely to happen during pregnancy because your immune system is lower. And when listeria happens it's super dangerous especially to the baby. So I wouldn't risk the cold lunch meat.
Ladies don't eat turkey smoked or not smoked without heating it up let's get real here money tight or not damn if it wasn't a risk it wouldn't be a rule to follow
I wonder this too. I forgot about it and ate a Turkey sub from subway and freaked out. But other than that I have never eaten any lunch meat. I know it is safe if you heat up the lunch meat to a certain degree then cool it and eat immediately. Might want to do that just to be safe
Speaking of things we shouldn't eat, I have a smoked turkey sandwich almost everyday for luch. Money is tight and it's about all we can afford. I know we aren't supposed to eat deli meat bc of Listeria. How common is it really for women to get it now days?
Its unpasteurized cheese you shouldn't eat. Almost all cheese you find in a regulare grocery store is pasteurized. It will say on the label of it is unpasteurized or raw. Cream cheese is processed so it's completely safe.
You've gotten good advice. Yeah, you can have cream cheese! I love the stuff personally so am glad it is okay. Enjoy!
Cream Cheese is pasteurized :-) the cheeses that are not safe are from what I have search smell and aren't popularly ate lol
you know how they say not to eat pasteurized cheese, I wasn't sure if cream cheese is in that category
I eat cream cheese all the time! Not sure what would be dangerous about it?
