cut my hair

is it okay to cut my hair? i need a hair cut and my mom is telling me that I can't cut it because the vitamins that are supposed to go to my baby are gonna go to my hair so it can grow back... is it true?

Yeah I heard the same thing when I was pregnant with my first.it's really funny!I actually still cut my hair and it grew longer and faster than it would have if I wasn't pregnant.also my baby is perfectly fine :-) I actually think every woman should cut her hair during pregnancy if you want your hair to grow back longer and more healthy

Its an old wives tale. I have to cut my hair once a month and my baby has been growing perfectly my entire pregnancy.

I can't cut my hair till after my baby is born but mine is more related to religion though it says if a pregnant women is to cut her hair before her baby is born is bad luck why I don't know really but I only have 2 months to go so I should be ok

Never heard of it. & with my first pregnancy I cut maybe 6 inches off my hair around 6weeks. This pregnancy I cit 3-4 inches off right after getting pregnant (2days before taking the test. Lol) My 1st child turned out perfectly healthy & my hair Grew back immediately! Thicker & fuller. ☺

Not at all! You can most definitely cut your hair and it will in no way deprive your baby.
