And the milk is milk and oj iv just seen those suggestions on here though and Google it my Dr didn't suggest it bit it's 1/2 cup 100% oj 1/2 cup whole milk some do a full cup they say it can take 3 days .. I tried it and was on monitor at hosp for my NST tests and was Contracting so I'm not positive if that helped me or just a coincidence lol but its oj and milk not sure it can hurt anything by drinking it ? It doesn't taste to bad .. I just chugged it lol its kinda like a melted Creamsicle

I post on this board, along with several other nurses, doulas, OBs and midwives because of the amount of ridiculous misinformation posted. Two weeks ago a girl was told to put a crochet needle into her cervix to break her own water. The other girl was actually considering it until we told her how dangerous it was.

Iv been having that problem since I was 33 wks my Dr is suprised I'm not dilated and that my cervix is still high .. u have to do it for a while like keep stimulating them then u can take a break that's what I was told.. when u contract it helps ripen ur cervix and and helps dilate but I'm offering ridiculous suggestions because I don't know anything smh lol

Tiana, I wasn't addressing you, I was addressing the people who keep offering up ridiculous suggestions. I've been doing this for 16 years.  I've heard all sorts of ridiculous suggestions. The things offered up on this app take the take.

Which ever works u can rub/massage one or Both and or u can put Bengay on to massage or just put it on because the coolness will stimulate  or rub them w a lubricant  that's what suggestions I got told to help me get my body going more then it is on its own

There is not one thing listed above that will help you go into labor if your body is not ready.
Why in the world would curry put you into labor?  How could anyone in regions of the world where curry is in everything they eat ever reproduce?  Think about it.
There are a few things listed above that can help progress inactive labor into active labor. However, they will not take you from nothing to labor.
EPO helps to soften your cervix over a period of time. It does not induce labor.
Hot baths are bad for you and baby. Warm baths are OK.

Nipple stimulation either rub them or my Dr said to put Bengay on them to help stimulate it's suppose to help contract when u contract that helps open cervix.. agreed sex is Def very uncomfy Dr told me u really don't have to have sex though u just need the seman.. also midwife told me I could do epo pills told me I could take them orally or vaginally those r suppose to help ripped ur cervix
