dandy walker malformation

my wife is pregnent,its 23th weeks going on,but i came to know that our baby having problem through the USG,that is(Dandy-Walker malformation  & Hydrocephalus)
my questions are----
1) Is there any complete treatment for that ?
2) is there any chance to my next baby?
3) doctor advicing me to terminiting the pregnancy of my wife,now what I need to do?

I agree don't terminate based on what anyone says. I didn't know what it was but I hope all is well. U and wife make the decision based in what u think is best for the family. Good luck and hope things turn out well.

There is no treatment for dandy walker syndrome. It is an absence of parts of the brain. The prognosis of a child with DWS is grim 99% of the time BUT on the bright side, likelihood of your next child having it is slim. DSW only happens 1 out of 30,000 births. The decision to terminate is ONLY a decision you and your wife can make. Don't let anyone tell you what they would do in your situation because chances are they never have and never will be in your position! Whatever you do, I pray you have strength and that you, your wife, and baby are blessed!
