deformity question

Ftm here... just asking at 30weeks is it possible your baby can pick up some kind of deformity if doc said all was well.... stopped taking prenatalabd changed to flinstones gummies bcuz prenatals make me feel ill....idk jus kind of worried....

I didnt take prenatals at all with my first baby. Shes perfect. I only took prenatals the first few months with this baby, hes great. They didnt even have vitamins back in the day and babies were born every day!  Just eat healthy. And regular vitamins should be ok but ask your dr just in case :)

My best friend was born with a club foot and her mom was told her whole pregnancy that everything was perfect. There was nothing she did to cause it it just happened but you would never know unless she told you. I don't think vitamins could cause deformity in a baby though hun.

I'm only 12 weeks and I take flinstone gummys right now cause prenatals make me really sick. My doctor said it was fine cause I'm almost outta the first trimester.

You'll be fine. I know woman who never took any vitamins and their babies are fine.
