Yes, this happened to me and unfortunately it eventually resulted in 2 miscarriages. For me, the symptoms you describe came on strong and suddenly. Soon after the symptoms, I didn't feel pregnant anymore, and hCG testing confirmed my fears.
Started spotting this morning around 5 am. Started off bright red when I wiped, then it went to pink, then brown and now it is back to bright red and pink. It is mostly only when I wipe. Only once has a little bit shown up on my pantyliner. I called my OB and they told me to wait it out over the weekend unless I am having severe pain or very heavy bleeding. She also told me that 2/3 of women with 1 or more pregnancies tend to bleed in the first trimester and only about 10% of those women go on to have miscarriages. Anyone have any input to this? If I'm still spotting on Monday she wants me to go in for the HCG serum test to measure my levels. I'm so scared right now but I guess it is just going to be a waiting game for the next couple days/weeks.
I am 9DPO today and I have been having those cramps and achiness since yesterday. I hoping it means that this is my month.
I had the same feeling early on and it lasted for about 2 weeks or so. My dr had said that as long as the cramping is not severe or accompanied with blood, it is fairly normal. In my situation, I had an ectopic pregnancy before and the cramping/pressure with the current pregnancy was NOTHING like that, so I kinda knew it was ok. But still mention it to your dr.
If at ANY time you have severe cramping or bleeding, be sure to call your dr. Also, if you do have any concerns at any time...that's what they are there for!
alot of it is the implantation process still going on and should go away fairly soon.
