abdominal pains @ 30 weeks?
I had brief but uncomfortable abdominal pains yesterday evening. What causes this and should I be concerned?
If baby is still moving around I wouldn't worry. Its growth spurt time so we're bound to be uncomfortable for the next bit. Just take it easy :)
As long as your not bleeding , I wouldn't be to concerned . Its mainly your ligaments , baby is getting bigger and running out of room at this point in your thord trimester so baby could be putting pressure causing uncomfortable feelings .
