Feel like im ripping open down there, is that what it feels like to dialate? Its not super painful just weird.37 weeks ftm.
I don't think anyone could actually say what dilating feels like because some people never know they're dilated. However I feel the same thing. I felt it with my first too and I was definitely dilating. Not sure if thats what was causing that feeling though
Every woman is different so it's hard to say. I went to the doctor Friday and was 0cm dialted, but went in last night for contractions and was dilated to a 4! I didn't feel a thing, and only had contrwctions last night but stopped. It could be your pelvic opening up getting ready for baby
