What all do you really need?
So far I have
-Diapers
-Hand sanitizer
-First aid kit
-Travel size Saline drops,  gas drops, fever reliever, syringes, aspirator
-Travel size powder, shampoo, teething medicine, lotion
-wipes
-sunscreen
-3 pairs socks
-3 onsies
-blanket and security blanket
-changing pad
-Pacifiers

Also the travel size meds, leave them at home unless baby is actually sick and u wont need teething rings for a while.  Use petroleum jelly instead of diaper rash ointment, it can burn or irritate babies skin.

I would put a bib or burp cloth In there. Babies usually spit up like crazy.

I have never used powder and its actually bad for people, and now they r finding out it causes ovarian cancer so i wouold not use it.  You arent going to need things like shampoo in jr diaper bag, unless u are staying overnight somewhere i guess (they will have it at hospital).
