Best way to make sure you won't have complications is try not to stress, I have had miscarraiges and this pregnancy was and still is hard I'm constantly worried, but at 9 weeks best thing is to stop stressing cause stress can hurt the baby

I am also 9 weeks and it's scary because it is early in the game but there is no reason to dwell on the things that could go wrong. The more positive you are the better it is for you and your little one :) think positive and everything will be just fine!

Yeah if theirs no problem or complication idk why u should be having any negative thoughts.  When as early as 9 weeks it's normal to have cramps, spotting sharp pains. Morning sickness. Ect.. and if u aren't experiencing any then that's OK too. I'm 35 weeks now. Never got sick but did get cramps when I was as early as 9 weeks. And my baby boy is healthy. Stay Positive . As long as u do what u have to no reason to think otherwise
