empty sack ????

So I had my first ultrasound three weeks ago and there wasn't anything in my stomach yet.  So I came back two weeks later and I had a sack with nothing in it. And the doctor scheduled me another appointment three days later. And did a vaginal ultrasound and will nothing.  So he suggested I get the sack removed ... Idk what to do.  He hasn't even told me how many weeks I am.. Has anybody been in this type of situation before it's there any hope for me ???

I am 18 and in the same situation. I have an 8 month old son. I found out i was pregnant with my 2nd child May 13,2015 and my  last period was April 10, 2015. i have irregular periods so i don't know when i conceived or how many weeks i am. I've had 3 ultrasounds done and my last ultrasound was 3 days ago  and still no yolk sac or fetal pole but only a gestational sac developed and my hcg levels did not double within a few days but went up and I'm at 30,000 today. My doctor said its either a molar pregnancy or blighted ovum and that i need to go this Monday to take care of it but I'm still hoping for a miracle. I've been feeling really tired, breast tenderness and feel like im getting fat. Also i had a little spotting a couple weeks ago, nothing heavy but its gone. I'm praying that i could still be early. with my last baby my lmp was Jan.15 and found out i was pregnant May.3 and seen baby May 13 on ultrasound. i keep thinking maybe  it's still slowly developing but I'm not sure. :(

I also been this situation. Last feb 12 i expected my period but it was not coming so im waiting till 3 days and i take pregnancy test at home and it was positive then on next day i did again and come out positive also so we went to my doctor and she give me  appointment for my ultrasound so i was about 1 weeks delayed then at my ultrasound nothing its showing so she give me a 1 weeks again to come back then after 1 weeks its was only sack showing  and she said i should take pills to abort it cuz sames like nothing happens but my other doctors giving me a some medicine and i comeback for ultrasound after 2 weeks again and finally showing the heartbeat but  it was so low and then my doctor continue to giving me a vitamins and some injection to grow the fetus and thwn i come back again for ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound and finally the baby its showing growing at age of 6 weeks. And now im almost 23 weeks ....so dont worried and wait for lilbit time everything wll be fine...good luck (ps sorry for my bad english and i hope its make u feel calm down) :D

Wait a little longer, to remove it. I never been in that situation. But I think something is there.
