car accident

Was in a car accident and was rear ended...really sore not able to take any meds 19 weeks pregnant! Was advised maybe to get atty?

Don't let them get away with that! That's not okay. Do you have a doctor that's covered in your insurance? If so make sure you go and get checked up on. I'm so sorry you're going through this ;(

Thanks ladies..yeh when I went to dr yesterday to get checked out I said please don't bill my ins bc this has to do with an auto accident and they were like we don't get involved with that u have to pay and then get paid from them? And I don't have money just flowing from the trees so I'm like hmm but they told me certain things to look for?

Oh my gosh! You poor thing! I hope you and your baby are doing fine and that you make that dummy pay! You shouldn't have to fight her about it. Ugh people nowadays no remorse for hitting a pregnant woman. ;( best wishes to your baby

Yeh they will have to pay me back I have to pay for it first already experienced that yesterday when I went to get check out? And then I have to fight her ins to get my money back

Go to the hospital the person who hit you will be responsible to pay for it through their insurance !

Was told that I was ok everything looked ok so I said I would follow up with my drs ob said baby should be ok bc no trauma to my stomach...so I followed up with family Dr and ob and I'm just sore and whip flash? But can't take anything..but more than 1 person said I should talk to atty bc of all the what if?

Are you okay?? Why didn't they take you to the hospital?! You should of went to the hospital ASAP to be checked out... Maybe you should go there and explain that you were in a car accident your sore and you want to be checked out to make sure everything's okay with you and the baby!
