What are exercises pregnant women can do besides swimming and walking

I think a bike would be fine. Just go at your own pace and take breaks.

I have an exercise bike but idk if that's okay

I go on the elliptical for 30 minutes a day at the gym. I just try to go at my own pace.

Ok awesome because I'm so tired of just walking lol

I do squats  and pelvic lifts . You can also climb stairs
