This has been happening to me for a little over a week. I was wondering the same thing. I am 18+3 and a ftm. It happens to me every morning and every night. It is kinda painful because of how much pressure it is, but nothing unbearable. I don't think it has to do with size because I'm medium sized 150lbs.
