failed my 1 hour glucose test.

So I failed. She said the normal is 120 and my test came back as 170!!!! OMG! I never failed with my last two pregnancies..  so now I have to go back in Tuesday  and do a three hour screening.  Anyone else had to do this? Did you pass or fail?

I failed the 1 hour and when I went back for the 3 hour I passed it so you should be fine just don't eat anything after 12 midnight nor in the morning till after your test is done

My aunt failed both tests years ago when she was pregnant.  She ended up getting gestational diabetes. Scary! But she delivered a happy and healthy baby. Her pregnancy just required a lot more work.
Healthier eating, pricking fingers, etc

Did you eat anything sugary before the test?? I hear that can give some off results sometimes! Crossing my fingers everything goes smoothly

Yes I did: -( my apt was at 3:30 pm. No way I can go that long fasting..  && when it cones to eating healthy.  I do. We are "clean eaters) no pop juices,  sugars.  Big water drinkers.  & with this pregnancy.  I have actually lost weight, m15 pounds of my pee-pregnancy weight. And we don't eat out, fast food. And I'm far from being over weight. So that's why it really freaked me out not passing.  We already have two children,  and passed the test with flying colors with them. Just a little concerned.  The nurse said a lot of woman don't pass the first, but pass the second so that is what I'm hoping for
We are seriously exactly the same!! Clean eating family, and I've done nothing but lose weight this entire pregnancy!
I wonder if I'll pass my test when I have to take it!
I'm sure you'll pass the next one. Especially if you're a clean eater.
