How do you know if its implantation bleeding?

Ok so I had sex may 16th... I had an early ultrasound at 11 weeks on August 9th one when I was 20 weeks and 22 weeks nothing changed with my due dates but is there anyway it could have been implantation bleeding because then that would mean there threw weeks off or more because it says implantation bleeding 7- 10 days after intercourse... Also I had my period 20th of may

I'm assuming this is a question of paternity? If so, whoever you were with the 16th isn't the father because you had a period and women don't have periods while pregnant. Implantation bleeding isn't anything similar to or like a period so the two wouldn't be easy to confuse.

Ok thank you. I just was hearing you could have that but it didnt happen until like up to a week or more after conception. I usually have really light periods so it didnt seem different and that would make me two weeks off or more of my due date

My periods only last 2-3 days so it was just freaking me out.
