OMG!!!!
Ive been lied to! Fooled! Since i was 15 weeks the ultrasound lady told me my baby was a girl ...I was so happy bought girly things everythingg! Was gonna name her marley... And I go today for a ultrasound and they show me a wenier! I'm like wait...what's that?...and she like its a boy...all nonchalant... Shocked? Yes! ...I really wanted a girl but I still love my baby boy...I'm just shocked! And now I have to look for receipts when I get home to return all my girly things. Time to think of boy names...
The opposite of this situation happened to my mom when she was pregnant with me! Both of her ultrasounds said boy, but surprise! I was born a girl, lol.
At 20 week scan they said boy. I wasn't sure though even though she said 100% then I had another at 36 weeks and it's confirmed he's a boy. No I'm at ease still hoping he's healthy. And the reason I was concerned was becuz of clothes lol. My sis in law bought loads too so I thought hers might go to waste
Yeah ultrasounds are not very accurate on that until later. Even at that they could say girl the whole time and it comes out a boy. Reason being is because depending on the baby and the way they are positioned in the womb they could be seeing a part of the umbilical cord in the way or something else. Sorry that happened. I know it ***** to be told one thing and get your mind set on it but just remember as long as they are healthy is all that matters:)
Hey you could still use the name Marley too I think it works for both girl and boy .
That happened to me and I did wait until my 22week ultrasound. But I went recently only to find they were wrong and it's a girl
I'm surprised they u that early. I did genetic testing at 12 weeks that is how I found out I'm having a boy but I will still confirm at the 20 week ultrasound. The male parts aren't even showing till 15 weeks (obviously) lol congratulations!
Omg I had one Tuesday she said girl and showed use in 3d did they do that to you. I'm.scared now
I should've waited and been more sure before I bought everything...I'm still shocked but I'm still so excited to meet him only 59 more days.
Most the time what people don't know is that when they can't find any genitals or they are unsure of gender, or if he/she is new to ultrasound they will say girl.
