first appointment
So I'm 5w4d pregnant (ftm) and I'm going to schedule my first appointment soon I was just wondering what they they usually do in the first app..

Urine test to confirm pregnancy, ask ya when your last normal period was.
I actually saw an OB nurse, not the doc. I filled out some paper work, she asked questions about any known medical history of my side of the family and the fathers. Got samples of vitamins, pamphlets of information. Went over what kinds of tests would be offered during the pregnancy, and set up my appointment to see the doc at around 9 or 10 weeks.
Any questions you may have, write them down now and take them with you when you go, so you can ask without anything slipping your mind.
