I've miscarried twice (1 at 8wk - d&c done and 1 at 5wks - naturally) and again in my 2nd trimester (at 17wks) just in September (12th) this yr.
The Dr. knew that  AND knew I have a rare blood type ( o negative, if you spot early on you need a special shot of Rhogam or you'll miscarry future pregnancies, and she never gave me a shot) and they were no different having prior two miscarriages. They work around their own schedule. Normally, if you're going to miscarry, there's nothing you can do unfortunately :(
I'm not trying to be harsh, just truthful. I thought I was safe making it passed 14wks.
I wouldn't worry - I know it's hard not to!
