How do you know if your dilating or when do you find out does your midwife tell you ??
In Britain they only check for dilation when you're in labor. Basically there is no point in finding out that you're dilated to 1 or 2 cm when you can stay that way for weeks. Your 36w check up will be exactly the same as all the others. You will have your urine checked aswell as blood pressure, your fundal height will be measured and you will also be weighed.
Im from england and I have a midwife next week ill be 36 weeks so I hues then when j see her she should tell me somthong
