Awwww I'm sorry to hear that^^^ but in the beginning of my pregnancy I decided o want going to workout just be lazy lol but then I heard the more you work out the better chance you have at labor so every since week 16 I have been working out faithfully everyday. I think I've lost too much weight tho :-/
I tried to walk/jog a mile everyday early on in my pregnancy but when I got to about 20wks I just couldn't anymore. I have been put on bed rest 3 times this pregnancy due to complications but this most recent one I've been on bed rest for almost 5wks & I'm almost 37wks.
