cramping...when should I be concerned

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and have been experiecing some cramping. They're not like period cramps, they almost feel more like they're in my abdomen and they extend down to my pelvic area. I was just chocking them up to gas pains,  but I had a miscarriage 7 months ago, so I'm a little more worried about everything. Should I call my dr, or are these normal

There's no bleeding, but I didn't have any bleeding when I miscaried last time.

As long as there not sever and along with bleeding. If any doubt go to the er or call your doc. I know it's scary. I have had 3 m/c cause unknown and here I am pregnant 5 yrs later... Lots of sticky dust
