6 oz of fish a week. Fish is very healthy and very good for baby need the omega 3 you can salmon canned light tuna crab legs and much much more. For a detailed list you can google it and its very accurate :-) the large fish you cant have is bc its deeper ocean fish and to mich on mercury. Swordfish shark mackerel ect. Also reg tune say like tuna steak. You mist make sure it is light tuna. Cheese mostly juay avoid bree goat and feta. Caffeine if you must drink at all keep to 8oz a day. Lunchmeat is ok in moderation if you wana be real safe heat it up. Just make sure you wash fruits and veg real well and you should be good hun :-)
