I agree with the above comment. To gain weight, if nausea is the problem then just eat whatever you can keep down. If not, then follow your cravings! Just increase whatever you would eat normally. Dairy products are good, they will help you gain weight and have calcium in which is good for you and baby
I also love medium rare steaks and I ate them at golden corral throughout both of my pregnancies with my sons and they are perfectly healthy, my doctor told me as long as its in moderation then its fine so if you dont eat it all the time thats fine and as far as gaining weight your body will gain as much as it needs to :)
Yeah.. sorry but true. Just very good cooked meat and fish ( no Japanese food). It's because there might be harmful things for example toxoplasma and others which don't die if meat is not enough cooked.. no Spanish hamon as well. I've read also that better not to drink fresh juices from restaurants u don't know good because they might not wash the device properly and the same way there might be harmful bacteria..
