I had a c section if that makes any difference and did not breastfeed. I bled extremely heavy the 1st week and the 2nd week was more like a regular period bleed. I bled so much the first week I swore there was somwthing wrong and I was dying lol

My first pregnancy I bleed for 4 weeks n I hated it lol. My 2nd pregnancy I decided to breastfeed so I only bleed for a week and I plan on breastfeeding this time around also.

My bleeding was crazy heavy for a week. It looked like a gunshot wound or something. But mine only lasted a couple weeks. Everyone's different.

i agree with the above post. i do believe that some people are different. some bleed longer than others. you can call your doctor and they can help you better if you are worry about it
